Great location to walk to beach, restaurants and shopping! The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. Kitchen is quite small and new beach chairs are needed. Additional towels and a few blankets would have been good. Otherwise, we definitely recommend!

My family was very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo . The locale was great plus being off season no noise factor . We would totally recommend it to friends. The only issue is still haven’t heard back from baby rental folks about being credited for never using the high car too small.

The apartment wasn't clean. The bathroom smells, and the cover that's on the bed. Internet was not good. And there was doing coming in the building

Weve been renting this condo for several years and love the location.
The pool area is very nice and beach access is right across the street.
The racquetball courts have been repurposed into pickle ball courts.
Would recommend a beach cart/wagon to more easily transfer all those beach items, and a baking sheet for the oven.

Relaxing and comfortable

We spent vacation time with family including kids, the apartment is in good condition and fully equipped, inside the unit you would find beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a stroller for those with babies. the access to the beach is right across the street, it is a private entrance that will take right to the beach. I really recommend this property, the parking space is great and super convenient, pool is very clean the area is super safe for the kids, and there is an ice machine right next to the restroom. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped.

The apartment was almost perfect for myself and my mother for our stay for the week. Furniture is in good condition, linens were clean and ready to use. Kitchen is well-stocked with a tea kettle and Keurig and plenty of utensils. The beach access is very easy and usually in the shade, making it a nice walk to the beach. The pool is in a sunny spot that we found perfect for the afternoon. Bathrooms are clean and shower water pressure is just right. Beach chairs and floaties are in the closet and made trips to the beach fantastic. My mother and I plan on coming back to this unit.
Only quibble is that my mother has a reaction to chlorine and bleach, so we would need to bring sheets for her next time, to avoid an itchy back.

My sisters and I took my mom to this lovely place to get away from cold and snow in the northeast. This corner unit was lovely. It had close access to the beach (we used the beach chairs and umbrella available), a wonderful pool and beautiful sunsets. The property was very well kept and we met many guests who have been coming for years. There were many restaurants in the area (but you need reservations during the high season).

We have rented this condo for a number of years now and there are many reasons why we like it including the location on the south end of the island, private access to the beach across the street and sunset views from the screened porch. Some updates have been made since we first rented here, and we were happy to see a new patio table and chairs this year. We were disappointed, however, that many of the umbrellas at the pool were broken and could not be used which surprised us as the pool area has always been very well maintained. A few other minor things need to be distressed, but will not prevent us from renting again next year.

Many things make this a great place to stay in Maro Island but unfortunately many things deter from the overall experience it could be.

The positives include:

· Great location

· End unit for greater privacy

Here are the negatives:

· WiFi was very spotty. At times worked great other times weak.

· Kitchen pans and utensils were old and need to be replaced.

· Kitchen very small with very little counterspace.

· Freezer had to be adjusted as our food froze.

· Master bed had no blankets or comforter. Had to contact services for these items.

· TVs were old and small.

· No channel guide was provided. No room documentation was provided for how to access.

· One wash rag was provided for entire unit. Again a guest services thing.

· The headboard in the guest bedroom on one of the twin beds was very loose and squeaked loudly whenever slightest movement made. Pretty difficult to sleep there.

· Night lock on door had been removed.

· Guest bathtub drained poorly.

For the price of the room we felt it was a poor value. A remodel and major update would bring this unit up to the reasonable asking price. No doubt some of the items mentioned were the responsibility of the service provider. The combination of all the above made for a subpar ranking.

the condo smelled super bad, the sheets and towels stained and old, the kitchen with everything old, everything was horrible

The apartment is just as described and pictured. It can use an update in the bathrooms and kitchen. But the location couldn't have been more perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The free parking was also a great perk. We had a car so we can venture to other parts of the island. The beach access is right across the street and very convenient. And you can definitely watch the sunset from the unit too. Marco Island never disappoints...

I had two issues:
1. The apartment doesn't come with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or body soap. You would definitely need to bring your own toiletries.
2. Not only was the washer and dryer was not in-unit but they charge $3+ dollars to do just ONE load of laundry! Lost their **** minds with that...

Where to start the kitchen has no basics salt /pepper , only was packet for to run the dishwasher for a week! NOT enough TP ( thought the shortage was over) had to go buy some. The shower rod kept falling down! Dangerous and a pain! The queen mattress needs to be replaced. Sank in the middle BADLY, even tried rotating it. The place was clean but it would be nice if it got cleaned once in a week rental for towels! TP, dishwasher packets .....

The place was exactly as described. It was a clean two bedroom condo in a great ocation. Pool was nice and the access to the beach was extremely convenient.

A great location, nice pool area, property dated but in the process of being renovated. The place is in serious need of a makeover, there were other apartments in the complex were renovated. The furniture was old, the bathroom needed new everything, especially a shower curtain

Condo furniture is dated & worn, beds squeak. But overall roomy, clean, quiet. All lamps were unplugged, no dish soap at kitchen sink, sliding glass door to balcony could use lubrication.

This a great location, but needs updating desperately. The beds are squeaky, the dressers are so huge that you can't maneuver around the rooms. The kitchen is cramped and several drawers can't be opened. The dishwasher is under the sink, so the sink is very shallow with no garbage disposal. On the positive side, it was sparkling clean, had fantastic beach chairs and coolers! And its a fantastic location!

We loved the location and the view ! And we want to come back again !! The only issue was the pillows and the twin beds were very uncomfortable and didn't get enough sleep. The one twin bed squeeks a lot and kept my roommate up all night. We so want to come back and hope these issues will be addressed ! Thank you !

nice location on Marco, across the road from the beach but unit has a great view & private beach access,it was decorated nicely, and had everything you need for your stay, from kitchen items to linens, even beach supplies ie:coolers,chairs,beach umbrella.the management company was very helpful getting into the unit, since we arrived late in the evening, our keys were waiting in a private lockbox, and checking out was the same. I would highly recommend Marco Island Vacation Properties no matter what your vacation budget is.

I am very disappointed with the room, when I went in I had to clean all the bed sheets because they were completely stained, also the check out time is at 11 and they made us leave at 10.:00 am

Great location , beautiful beach

Nice space with great views and located directly across from beach. Light and bright end unit, quiet and inviting.

Perfect weather, great little unit. Extremely clean and accessible to Beach. Wonderful quiet pool and barbeque area. Unit had everything you could need. Only suggestion, have a little care package with salt, pepper, sugar and two cups of coffee, 2 bottles of water until you get to market. We will come back to this unit.

Sometimes when you book places like this the views or conditions arent what the photos show, this location k the other hand was even better than what the photos showed... we'll be back again soon

The location is right across from the beach access. It was within walking distance to the movies, small stores and restaurant's. Our condo was clean and a good size. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and small coolers in the closet. We will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was easily accessible and the condo had everything we needed for the beach. The condo as clean and our requests and questions were answered promptly.

This was our third year staying in this particular condo. We really like the location and the private access to the beach. We were very happy to see the upgraded furniture, bedding and linens and the Beach Club property is very well maintained. It has become our home away from home for a few weeks each year!

This condo could use some updating, the bathrooms were clean but they need to be caulked and towels were extremely thin. For the money we spent I expected something nicer.

The condo was in a great location with access to the beach. There was new furniture in the living room that was very comfortable, and the pool was an added benefit.
The bedding, linens and towels are sorely in need of a refresh, as well as the the decor which is quite out of date.

My experience at the property was wonderful. I only have one kind suggestion. The frying pans need to be replaced. We fried eggs and bacon and the food sticks to the pans badly. We tried using several pans and although they look new, they are not in good condition. It may make the future guests’ experience much more pleasant if the frying pans are replaced. Thank you.

The whole trip was fantastic. While getting ready to leave, our companion suffered a major medical issue forcing us to extend our stay. The whole staff made sure we had a place to stay until the problem was resolved. Kudos to a group who is one of a kind in the industry. We'll stay again with them for sure. Thanks from all of us!!!

The place is quite outdated in terms of decor, but the place was very clean upon arrival, only minor issues (one of the balcony screens was ripping), and everyone we spoke with on the property were very nice. The location is fantastic for the price of our stay - private access to the beach directly across from the condo, plus a view of the ocean from the balcony. No issues with sheets or towels, plenty of both and not threadbare. Walkable to a few restaurants and shops. And we saw dolphins galore when at the beach!! All in all I think it was a great fit for our family vacation.

Comfortable and bright condo with view of water. Excellent location with beach access. Slept our family of 5 well. Only drawback was master bed very uncomfortable. Replacement or topper would be great. Otherwise all good and would come back without a doubt :)

The location, pool, patio and view from the condo were great! Unfortunately, the interior of the condo was very dated and in need of work. The bath towels were rags, the twin beds were very squeaky, water stained ceiling at entrance, way too many silk plants/flowers/trees that were gross and dusty, kitchen chair broken, floors were dirty, countertop behind coffee pot dirty, candy wrappers left in bowl on coffee table, no additional garbage bags provided, staff entered condo and added towels without our knowledge.

Had to call 3 times for bath towels. beach chairs were tiny (think toddler sized--and we are small people)and 2 were broken; umbrella was broken. Sheets and towels were threadbare; dishes in cupboards were dirty; covers on master bed were worn and thin

The condo was clean and effiecent for us and our stay in Marco. The kitchen is very tiny, so I wouldnt recommend it if for plan to do a lot of food prep. The management group is easy to work with, with quick answers to any questions that arise.

The island is a perfect place to enjoy the ocean with the family.

Unit was clean and well-kept, terrific location (across from the beach), easy in-and-out with traffic, close to high-end restaurants and shopping. Property description was accurate and management service was quick to respond when we had a minor problem with a small appliance (replaced non-working blender). Would definitely recommend this unit/property to others wishing to stay.

We had a wonderful few days. The apartment very well located, fully equipped, clean and an incredible tranquility. Near the beach. I recommend it for a family vacation.

We had an amazing time, the only problem that we had was when we checked into the room the room was not cleaned. We contacted Marco Vacation Properties and they took care of it right away.

My family and I visit Marco Island at least twice a year. We love staying at the Beach Club because of the cleanliness and attention management always gives to help the stay be hassle free. The view from this unit 417 was the best! Thank you for another wonderful family getaway. We plan to return soon.

Great Vacation

Memorial Day Weekend 2016 was an exciting time at the Beachclub. The room was exceptional and Andrew Vale and his team made it as simple as can be to rent. Great weather, great friends and a great place! We never will get tired of coming here! Thanks Andrew! See you soon again!

After your promped attention on ironing out some of the kinkz, the stay was very enjoyable, just have to work on a new mattress in master bedroom. want to rent again next year.

A very nice little corner unit with the basics.

It was perfect location and very clean when we arrived. I would stay there again. The only things that need to be worked on his the hot water, there was hardly any in the front bathroom, and we started to notice little bugs on the kitchen counter towards the end.

Very nice, clean, and attractive

This condo met all my requirements for a comfortable stay near the gulf. I especially enjoyed the screened in room overlooking the gulf. We enjoyed our coffee each morning and happy hour every evening watching the sunset. The two bedrooms and baths suited our needs as did the spacious living room. Kitchen was small but adequate. The location of this unit was probably the best in this complex. It was quiet and the covered parking was a bonus.

This was our sixth year in Marco and beach club. It is beuatiful and we plan on spending many more winters in Marco.

This condo is about 700 sq feet total. It worked very well for the 3 people in our party. Beach access (the reason we stayed) is accross the street in 2 locations. Marco speaks for itself.... quiet, safe and clean! The property management folks were the best. We had a couple of issues with some of the appliances in the condo and they were there within a few hours to replace them. The condo is not fancy.... I would say late 90's decor but it is clean and comfortable and in a nice location. There are 2 issues that needs to be addressed. The outdoor walkway light outside the second bedroom is so bright that the window shades can't even begin to block it. The room really needs room darkening blinds. A washer / dryer in the unbit would have been great as the public laundry room in the complex is dirty and half the machines are broken. For a family of 4 I would rate this condo an 8.5 out of 10.

This was our fifth year in Marco and Beach Club. We don't want to wish our life away but we can't wait till next year.

This Condo is aross the street from the beach, but otherwise it is convenient, clean, and a great value. Rental manager was outstanding. Only compliant is that the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty/moldy.
