Location and view were outstanding. Condo was very pretty and well equipped. It falls sort in furniture comfort. The queen bed and sofa were very uncomfortable...and the pillows need an upgrade.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of this property with the balcony overlooking the beach. The condo had everything we needed, including beach supplies. The pool and hot tub were great as well and were never too crowded.

This condo was perfect. Great views, very very clean. Was everything I was looking for and more.

Unit 1505 had to be one of the best, well equipped and clean units we have experienced in the Seawinds. The decor and updating of the unit made you feel right at home. The view is fabulous with sunsets everyday around 5:30. Could not wait to sit out on the balcony every night to watch the sunset. Everything about Unit 1505 met with our liking. The bed linens, plenty of clean towels and equipped kitchen were just what was noted in similar reviews. Can’t wait to be back and would request this unit for future trips to Marco Island.

The location is perfectly located on the island. Right on the beach. My wife and I stayed with our 12 yr old son. It was the perfect size. It literally has everything you need for a beach vacation. The storage locker was equipped with a wagon and all sorts of beach toys. We purchased a new skim board, float and shovel that was broken. Since we had flown in we gladly left them for the future guest to enjoy. Even had beach towels and sunscreen under the sink. Just pack your bathing suits and toothbrush. We love Marco Island and will definitely be back. This will be our first choice of place to stay. Also great balcony for the beautiful sunsets!

The entire area was just beautiful! From the beach, to the sunsets, the landscaping and the condo we enjoyed the beauty all around. We found some great restaurants and definiately would recommend the Snook Inn (great view, live music and wonderful food). This was our first visit to the island and we will be back.

Condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed - perfect for the 2 of us.

The view was lovely! Fun to watch all of the beach activity. Saw dolphins several times a day. Beach access was close and easy. There was plenty of chairs and beach stuff in the locker. The pool area is somewhat small, and only gets sun on one side (so get there early to secure a spot if that is what you are after).

Check in was easy (both at Marco Island Vacation Properties and the condo itself). We never had much of a wait for elevators.

The condo had everything we needed to take to the beach and a beach cart so it was an easy walk. The kitchen was well stocked and the Internet was good. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo at Sea Winds! It was clean and very well-maintained. It was perfectly sized for the 4 of us, and the kitchen was well stocked to support our cooking! The view of the beach was fantastic, and the condo is easy walking distance from many restaurants. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a beach experience close to all amenities, this is as good as it gets.

We totally enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. The condo was just as advertised and was well equipped for both cooking and visiting the beach. The view of the Gulf was wonderful.

Great location. Great tennis courts. Hot tub and pool we’re awesome. Close to the ocean and plenty of places to eat (we usually walked to dinner). Nice chairs/umbrella and cart to tote them to the beach. Great overall vacation. Would definitely go back.

The process was simple and easy. Great updates and view from the 15th floor. All the furniture was nice but the beds could be a little softer.

What a perfect location. The beach is so close we saw dolphins, sting ray, manatee, and a shark right from our balcony. The waves lull you to sleep. The property was lovely, clean, and up to date. The bed was very comfortable and linens and towels very nice. The management was professional and attentive.

Everything was clean and as pictured. We had all we needed for our week and we were right on the beach. Great weather and views and the sound of the ocean as we slept! We appreciated the many beach chairs and umbrellas. A beach cart would be ideal for getting everything down the elevator and out to the beach but all in all we managed. Communication was top notch since the day we booked and throughout our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend the property!

When I checked out I told the gentleman that the water was out for Thursday into Friday. This was a major problem. I was told you would talk with the owner and provide feedback on a credit. I have not heard anything. Please let me know.

We had a great time at this property. The unit was well taken care of and we truly appreciated the locker closet with beach items to borrow such as umbrellas, chairs and cooler. The pool was small and besides an indoor section leading to the pool there was no shade. I would recommend this property to others based on the price, cleanliness, customer service and great location.

This was our second time staying at the Seawinds. The property is well maintained and very secure. Seawinds 1505 had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. The condo was well stocked including coolers and beach towels and the storage closet had everything required to enjoy the beach. We will definitely be back next year.

The Condo was perfect! It was stocked with everything we wanted and needed. It is a very nice Condo. I think everyone who stays here will be pleased.

Having vacationed a few times on Marco Island in hotels in the past, we decided to rent a private condo. We were not disappointed with choosing 1505 Seawinds. The unit is in the upper levels of the Seawinds condo block, offering superb views of the beach with unprecedented privacy as it is not overlooked by any other buildings and directly on the beach. The facilities in the unit are of a high standard with very comfortable lounge area, master bedroom with patio door access direct onto balcony, fully equipped kitchen that allows freedom to either cater yourself or just do basics and eat out and beach equipment is also provided for spending lazy days on the beach. Excellently positioned on south end of beach with bar/restaurant next door and easy access to all other amenities on the island. We will be looking to rent this unit again on our next visit to Paradise.

We enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views and hearing the waves! It was nice of the owner's to provide all of the needed items to sit and play on the beach. Andrew with Marco Properties was very helpful and quick to respond to our emails. I would have given the cleanliness of the property a 5 rating, but the plastic glasses had been stacked together wet and put away in the cabinet and had brown goo in the bottom of the glasses. Other than this one minor issue, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the remodeled and well-maintained unit! We hope to return again next year. Thank you!!

The condo was very comfortable, clean and wonderful views,extremely convenient to all shopping and eating experiences,the only criticism would be the ironing board was far too small and cover doesn't stay on, would benefit from full sized board. Buy having said that not something to spoil the experience.

We stayed in the Seawinds 1505 condominium for one week in the middle of April, 2016. Walking through the door of the condo, we were immediately greeted by the FANTASTIC view of the ocean, out the sliding glass doors. All five of us were momentarily speechless! We loved everything about our stay, and would recommend it 100%. We appreciated all of the amenities, both in the condo, and on the property. Our granddaughter loved catching the lizards every morning, swimming in the pool, swimming and snorkeling (although somewhat cloudy while we were there, due to high winds), boogie boarding, and shell hunting. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every day, with beaching, shelling, exploring, fishing, shopping, photographing, eating . . . the list goes on and on. One of our travelers has celiac disease. We highly recommend MANGOS restaurant if you have a traveler with gluten issues - they are the BEST! The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view off the deck was to die for.

My three teenage daughters and I had a super relaxing week at the beach and very much enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was perfect for 4 people, nicely decorated, well stocked, very clean and you cannot ask for a better view of Marco's beautiful sunsets.

First time at the Seawinds and had a pleasant experience. Although the unit is small (995 sq ft) we had no problem with 4 people. The ocean front balcony was the width of the unit and saw some amazing Sunsets and the first time ever a MOON setting at 5:20 am! There were a few minor issues that was addressed quickly by MIVP realtors. Unit was nicely decorated, clean with both bathrooms newly remodeled. If I can make a suggestion the master bedroom mattress could be updated. Restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great family Spring break at Seawinds. The view was amazing and the condo was exactly as described online. Very clean and a great location. The only thing we wished was provided were beach chairs for adults to use. It's not something you want to purchase when you fly, as we couldn't bring them home.

Very satisfied with the location and condition of this unit. Weather was perfect, and I would stay here again.

The condo we rented had everything we needed. We really booked because of the view and we were not disappointed . We were able to walk along the wonderful white sands just steps away. We felt the condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. The washer and dryer in the unit were such an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Just enough room for our boys, my husband and i to enjoy. We felt very secure. The building in it's entirety was well kept. Ocean front "awesome view" and the beach just a step away ( a major plus)!! We had a wonderful stay at this condo, and especially enjoyed relaxing and dining on the balcony. It was great to escape the mid-day sun and enjoy the view and sounds of the water. We only had a few issues: 1. The cooler smelled of fish so we weren't able to use that, but it's such a quick walk from the building to the beach that it wasn't a big deal for us. 2. The wi-fi wasn't reliable but after a couple of resets it worked decently. 3. We had an issue with the shower draining the first day and someone came out the next morning and fixed it. The condo is clean and decorated very nicely, with plush towels, nice sheets, plenty of dishes and utensils. I would definitely recommend this condo to others!

We vacation for the Christmas/New Year holidays, we chose Marco Island this year. We had great weather every day, and would recommend this area, very relaxing, not over crowded with plenty to do and great restaurants. We had a small issue with our condo and the rental company was very responsive in getting it fixed. Thank you Marco Island rentals.

WE LOVE THE LOCATION . THE CONDO WAS CLEAN ONLY ISSUE WAS THE SLIDING DOOR VERY HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE WE START GOING THOUGH THE BEDROOM TO GET TO THE BALCONY. THE PROPERTY HAS TO MANY LOCKED GATES , EVEN A KEY TO USE THE BATHROOM IN THE POOL AREA WHICH YOU HAD TO USE A KEY TO GET INTO. YOU WILL LOVE THE BEACH AND SEE DOLPHINS VERY DAY.

Condo - clean, well furnished and had all the items needed to make the trip fun! Would defintely recommend this unit to family and friends.
