Apollo 304

The location and views are great. It’s a safe area. It's an older building with families and older couples so it was quiet. I like the fact that there is good security, however, the keys are a pain to fiddle with. It would have been easier to use a key card for the elevators, front building door, and pool door. The unit itself is updated and clean but small. We were a couple so it was okay but if we had brought our college-aged son and he slept on the sleeper sofa we would need more space. There is a full fridge, but it’s not a full kitchen but fine enough for us. The balcony overlooks the beautiful beach. The balconies are staggered so you can see and hear all your neighbors, so if privacy is an issue keep that in mind although it was not an issue for us. Minor but there was no screen on the slider door and they can use a hassock in the living area. You can watch TV and look out on the beach. You can watch the sunset right out on the balcony which is so nice. They had beach chairs and umbrellas which were very nice, and we did use them one day. The pool and hot tub area is nice. All in all, we had a nice stay and recommend it for couples or families with small children. We rented from VRBO but all communications came from Marco Island Vacation Properties. Took us hours to get there and we stopped at the office on N. Collier as instructed and asked to use the restroom. The woman behind the plexiglass instructed us to walk to the McDonald’s next door which made us feel unwelcome, especially considering how much money we paid. At check out, you are asked to drop off your car key pass on the first floor of the condo building and then drive to N. Collier to drop off the condo keys. It's a small thing but after following all the check-out instructions to leave the condo in a certain order and for the cost and parking fees, just felt as if they should allow guests to leave the condo keys in the building too as a convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I've been visiting Marco Island for over 20 years and this condo was one of the most updated we've stayed at. Perfect size for two with all the basics you need. Oh and talk about a perfect view and location - you could just sit on the balcony the whole trip, but if you want to explore you are walking distance to a host of food and attractions and a short drive to even more.

Sunset views, Sunset Grille, seamless checkin and checkout, everything we needed in a clean and comfortable condo. We will return!

This was our third time renting this particular unit in Jan-Feb, and fourth time at the Apollo property. This time we stayed 4 weeks, up from 2 and 1 week stays in past years. We keep coming back because it is a good value for the beach location and general area, though the price has risen substantially over the 4 years. The unit is reflecting its age, with the biggest problem being slow kitchen sink and dishwasher drainage. Service from M.I. Vacation Properties is responsive, professional, and friendly. We might try a different area next time just to try something new, but otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to rent here yet again.

This was our 4th vacation at Apollo 304 using Marco Island Vacation Properties. There is no reason to look elsewhere because we have never been disappointed. The condo is well kept & clean. The view of the beach & gulf is breathtaking. It's nice to have cookware & a full size fridge so we didnt have to eat out every meal. Having access to a washer & dryer is another convenience with this condo. Marco Island Vacation Properties makes the entire rental process stress free.

We had a great stay at Apollo 304. Perfect sunset and dolphin views. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable for two people. Having the Sunset Grille downstairs is a plus as well. Only draw back was the onsite fitness center is very outdated.

Location of the condo is perfect! Condo had everything we needed with a perfect view and easy beach access while providing security. I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. A few things could be addressed for a more comfortable stay. The bed was uncomfortable and sinks in the center and the pull out bed appears worn and dirty. Difficult to sleep due to bed condition. Overall the condo was clean but the curtain in the bedroom and behind dressers and floor behind sink in bathroom was fairly dirty. Property management group was extremely friendly!

The Unit was exactly as shown and promised. The location is great! The one recommendation for improving the rental experience would be for the property management team to beat the bare minimum on some tricky-tacky kinds of things. Whether it was toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher soap, etc., the owner and property manager would be well served (because the customer would be better served) if they actually, at a minimum, met their promise or (God forbid) raised the bar. We had two half roles of TP. A third role of paper towel and less than an ounce of dishwasher soap. Staying for only 5 days, it seemed crazy we had to go buy more of those in quantities we would never use. For the price of the unit, a little more attention to those kinds of things would help. Otherwise, the property manager was very attentive and super communicative. I would use them again based on those factors.

We loved it here. This was our first time to Marco, Will definitely be back. So nice having the bar right there.

The condo and location was AMAZING. The only minor issue was the front door frame / lock needs some TLC.

The unit was clean and beautiful. We had originally booked at the Hilton, but changed to a condo to allow my husband and me more space to work. That worked out well. The location was perfect for walkability for evening dinners and beach strolls. The view was magnificent. Family friendly location, as well. For the value, we thought this property was great. Getting in and out of the parking lot and the building is a bit of a pain. You need a key for entering the building, using the elevator, going in/out to the beach (while your hands are full!). I didn't like having to download an app and use it for literally everything that I needed. For example, I had to go to the property agent to get keys and then to the unit. Because I didn't read the info in the app, I didn't know that. My fault, I guess. I've gotten use to just using key codes to enter AirBnB properties. I would much rather have had an email that provided that information. All in all, a positive experience.

The location of the condo was perfect! It is almost at the end of the island, walking distance to Caxambas Park where you can have a kayak dropped off and head over to Kyce and Dickman islands. Kyce is shell heaven! A definite must see.
Perfect distance from shopping with tons of places to see. The location is also a perfect distance from Naples and the Everglades, only about 20 minutes. If shopping and love unique jewelry, especially from the island, you must stop at Ocean Soul. The owners and slection are absolutely amazing!!
The beaches are sugary white and because as much are easy to walk on without burning your feet. There is a perfect breeze all the time to make it enjoyable.
The accommodations were perfect as well. The condo has updated amenities with a small kitchenette, no oven though with an absolutely perfect view. It is close to the elevator and laundry facilities but cannot hear the noise of either at all.

Our rental was extremely clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Bed and pillows very comfortable!!

Our 2nd stay in Apollo 304 was just as magical as the 1st. We loved it! Easy beach access. Amazing sunsets. Peaceful just sitting on the balcony looking at the gulf. Condo was very clean and well kept. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. It's just as described and shown in the pictures. Designated garage parking was nice. Great food and cocktails downstairs or can take a short walk to the Marco Walk Plaza. Marco Island Vacation Properties made the entire rental process a smooth experience. We have already booked it for a 3rd visit.

Our vacation in Marco Island was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the beach. We were surprised by the number of people in the area. The condo had everything we needed except washcloths. It was a great time.

It’s a great location. The unit was clean and a very quiet location. We sat on the balcony every day n had our morning coffee and watched the sunset every evening. Convenient parking and close to restaurants and attractions.

My husband and I stayed at Apollo 304 for 5 days over Labor Day. We were very pleased with the unit and it's perfect for two people. It was very clean and the location couldn't have been better as far as distance from the beach. The complex is further down on the south end of the island and not quite within walking distance to restaurants and shops, though we walked to a the restaurant at the Marriott once via the beach. The beach gear needs replacing. On our first day there, we contacted Andrew at MIVP to let him know the umbrella was not functional and he had us a new umbrella within hours, which was much appreciated. The beach chairs are moldy and the cooler provided needed some cleaning; all in all, they need to clean out the beach gear closet and replace the chairs, but they were functional for our time there. A huge plus was the amount of towels provided, which so many rentals just do not provide enough of. However, there were plenty of both beach and bath towels present. The laundry room is right outside the unit too so it made throwing in a load pretty easy. If we ever return to Marco Island, we would stay here again if given the chance.

We have been going to Marco Island in February for the past few years and love the area. The Apollo is a great location and all of the condos have a beach view. Unit 304 was clean properly stocked. It is a bit smaller than a few of the others we have stayed at in the past. We were only there for a week but had a great time.

My husband & I stayed here for a week. The condo is the perfect size for a couple. It was exactly as described. The beach view & sunsets were amazing. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable, everything was in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking hardware (pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot, etc). There were beach towels & chairs. The Apollo itself was clean, a secure building & the staff was pleasant. Everything worked well in the condo except for an issue with the balcony shade, but Marco Island Vacation Properties took care of it right away. Booking, check in, check out, and questions we had were handled perfectly by Marco Island Vacation Properties. It was a wonderful experience that we hope to repeat next year.

Great condo. Only complaint is the television didn’t work the entire week. Which isn’t something we normally need but with Tropical storm ETA we couldn’t watch the news. Read in previous reviews this has been an ongoing issue.

The location and facilities were as just beautiful as the pictures showed. Was a nice break from 2020 reality.

This property was perfect for us! It was clean and had everything we needed for our visit, and the view was amazing! We are already looking to book this condo again next year.

Second rate at best. TV, toilet, and shower did not work properly.

Confusion in instructions could be more clear to state the requirement to stop at the property management company first before going to property. And there was no kitchen basics (dish soap, salt, coffee filters or extra trash bags) which would have been helpful to bring. Also a roll of quarters for laundry. The TV was difficult to use and would have been nice to access our Netflix or sling.
But the condo was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was AMAZING. Thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella and small coolers for the beach. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels were much appreciated and needed.
We saw dolphin catch fish, stingray jump out of the water and a manatee visit the swimmers. It was an amazing weekend we will always remember.

We were very happy with the location and accurate description of the property, especially with a wonderful view of beach and the Gulf. Sometimes pictures for are rentals are, um, not quite accurate, so we were very please when we walked in. Everything was clean and ready; towels and beach chairs provided. Aside from cooler than normal temperatures, the unit we rented (with a direct view of the Gulf), was a small and cozy condo with everything we needed for our stay! The check-in process was quick and easy and everyone who helped were friendly and a pleasure to work with. We had a delightful stay!

You can't beat this location. Steps from a gorgeous beach. The complex is well managed and very secure. It was very easy dealing with Marco Island Vacation Properties too. We were there for 9 days. The unit itself is cute with a good size bedroom and efficient kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower but the rest of it is tight and dark. The bathroom needs better lighting. We found the sofa, carpet & side chair with ottoman overdue for steam cleaning. So much so we put a fitted bed sheet over the sofa. The glass table and chairs are large for the space, although very nice. We found the unit was not well equipped, eg: 1)only 3 beach towels and one was very worn, 2)only 4 face cloths and 4 hand towels for 2 adults and not good quality. I didn't expect to do laundry several times during our stay at $2 per wash & $2 per dry. 3) There were no bath mats provided, 4)There was no kettle when we arrived but the management Co. provided one the next day (great service!!!), 5) the Toaster was not working but we declined to have it replaced while we were there. 6) there were no garbage bags, no glass cleaner for the indoor and outdoor glass topped furniture, no ice cube trays, and no powder dishwasher detergent that is specified for use. Again, we didn't expect to purchase basic supplies for our short stay. 8) There were not enough hangers and no skirt hangers.
It would have been nice to have an indoor drying rack for damp beach towels and bathing suits since you can't hang them on the balcony according to the Condo rules. Some maintenance issues of note: One of the towel racks kept coming off in the bathroom; The dining light fixture is WAY TOO LOW. We had to move the table because of it; no replacement batteries for TV remote; no pillow protectors on bed pillows although we did find some in the closet. All in all a great location and the unit is good for a short vacation. We think the owner needs to be more conscious of the needs of the renter. Potential for 4.5 star

We had a great time! Everything is provided which makes it nice. We loved the views of the ocean and seeing dolphins every day was amazing. Only complaint is the chairs on the balcony aren’t high enough. We will definitely be back.

They never text or called to notify us, just came into our unit while we were at the beach. My wife's purse and my wallet were out and we would have taken them with us had we known someone was coming into our locked condo. I was missing a 20 dollar bill out of my wallet based on a quick count from earlier that morning. I either miscounted (which is possible) or one was taken, now we wont know because they never gave us the common courtesy of a phone call.

Apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. More to the point what a location and what a view - we spent one morning watching dolphins from the balcony!

The sunsets were the best part of the vacation! Our rental unit was very clean, bed was comfortable and beach accessories were a must and welcome. We has an issue with the screen door to the deck and was swiftly addressed and fixed by the management company. Thank you! Only recommendation would be to have taller patio furniture to have an unobstructed view when seated.

The apartment was at the top and was beautiful. We enjoyed our days and evenings on the balcony, but unfortunate that it would take place in total darkness in the evening, due to the property's rules regarding the turtles as we could see that adjacent properties like had a little light.

We were in unit 304 for two weeks 17 February to 3 March 2018. The Condo was very clean and updated. Great view of sunsets and easy access to beach. Weather was perfect. In fact record high temps...80's every day.

It was a very comfortable condo with a spectacular view! The outdoor furniture was much better than some of the condos that had plastic chairs. We loved taking our cocktail out on the lanai and watching the sunset every night, Then off to eat at one of the wonderful restaurants in the area. The A-Car was fast and easy transportation with very knowledgeable drivers.Our favorite experience was the deep sea fishing and of course just lounging on the beach.

The property and unit were just as expected. Andrew with Marco Island Vacation Properties was pleasant and helpful to work with. We will definitely consider a return to this condo.

We have been coming to Marco for years and staying in Apollo 304. We Love It! We did not need for anything, the condo is equipped with everything needed and more. The condo is decorated tastefully and the updates with the flooring and sun shade are great! I can't wait to book our next trip October 2018!

The unit was clean and well appointed. Very nicely updated and convenient. The staff at the rental agency was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of rules at the Appollo but it is clean and well maintained. The only thing I think they should add is grills. The condo complex needs to install some in my opinion. I don't want to cook out every meal but I would like to a couple of times per trip.

Condo was recently updated with a perfect look. Bed was comfortable, nice flat screen TV with many channel options. WiFI worked great! Many dishes and utensils readily available. Finally, the view was so beautiful it was surreal! My only concern and one that cant be controlled was the amount of smokers this building attracts. I had difficulties just using the balcony. But as said, this can't be controlled, and I just walked the beach for the sunsets. Overall, an exceptional value!

Everything was perfect. We actually arrived after 5:00 and picked keys up in box using the code. Checked in at desk and parked in our covered assigned parking spot. The unit was immaculate I was concerned about the restaurant below would be loud or we would smell food all the time but after 9:00 it was quiet. Perfect view and everything we needed was there from the sand chairs to beach towel.

Check-in was seamless and property management staff was pleasant and helpful. Condo had a great view and being on the beach was great. Very tastefully decorated. Kitchen functioned but hard to cook meals with only 2 burners. Wish there was full length closet hanging spaces, I didn't really have anywhere to put my business clothes.
