This 600 square foot, 12th floor condo sleeps four, with one king bed, a sleeper sofa, 1.5 bathrooms and one amazing view of the beach.

Sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and look out at silken white sands and sun sparkling off the turquoise ocean. You’ll soon realize “Tradewinds” is an aptly chosen name for the building when salty winds off the ocean brush over you as you listen to waves breaking on the shore. Down below, you can see the wooden boardwalk you’ll cross to get to the uncrowded beach and all its activities.

The interior of the unit takes its design cues from the surrounding beach, with ocean blue walls, a floor of coral-hued tile, and decorative touches like a sand dollar vase filled with dried beach grass. The sliding glass doors brighten the rooms with natural light. Ocean and sky are the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the comfort of the living room or enjoy a meal on a glass table with a centerpiece of shells.

The bright summer kitchen is filled with all modern appliances and cookware and features a wall cut out that makes it easy to hand dishes out to the table.

The coastal décor extends into the bedroom, with its palm tree sculpture above the bed. Sliding glass doors open up to the balcony so you’ll go to sleep to fragrant night winds off the ocean and moonlight reflecting on the ocean.

We want you to enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, so the unit comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and televisions in the living room and bedroom. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The Tradewinds surrounds you with amenities, like a triangular swimming pool lined with sun loungers and tables with umbrellas, where you can enjoy a poolside barbeque you cook up on one of the gas grills. There’s also a social room with daily activities, and you’re only a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza and Sushi Thai by KJ.

There’s no better place to end this description than the place you’ll end the day, out on the balcony, cocktail in your hand, as you watch the setting sun turn the sky fiery orange. We hope to see you soon.
