Very nice place and view was great. Had an issue with the TV but maintenance came right away and fixed that as well as a slow draining sink. Would definitely stay here again.

We come down every other year with family. There are about 20 of us and we rent 5 condos at the South Seas Club. Love this place. Every one is really nice, condos are awesome and the beach is fantastic. The restaurants and shops are wonderful. You can't beat a vacation in Marco. The resort has a great pool.

We really enjoy staying in the South Sea Towers, the view of the sunsets from the balcony where fantastic.

Everything about our recent trip to Marco Island was amazing! The condo we stayed in was exactly as described on the website. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed and then some. We only encountered one minor problem with the tv late into our stay. Andrew was great about getting the issue resolved within a few hours. By the time we got back from the beach it was fixed. Everything else was perfect! I would absolutely recommend booking through Marco Island Vacation Rentals! We are already planning on and will soon be booking our next trip down there!

Another great experience renting a condo at south seas tower 3. Having stayed here in the past, we were familiar with the routine. Once you get past all the keys, it is very difficult to find much to complain about. Looking forward to our trip again next March!

The condo and view were outstanding! Terry the owner was easy to reach and very nice and helpful! We would recommend this condo to anyone. Not anyone's fault, but the walk to the beach is too far and the broken shells make it a very painful endeavour.

This is an excellent vacation rental. The unit looks just like the photos. View is amazing, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are a good size with king size beds and the living and dining areas are spacious. The pool area is very nice and the water is heated. The beach is just steps from the pool. Parking is in a secure area and the entire area feels very safe. The South Seas Tower complex is close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay. Good value.

Beautiful location, views and property. We appreciated the requirements for mask wearing as well.

Rental agency employees were friendly and efficient. We were in and out with keys and directions in a matter of minutes.

Rental Apartment was excellent inside as normal. Marco Vacation Properties are excellent at what they do. The only down side was the building work. The noise really got unbearable at times every day Monday to Friday non stop was like trying to relax on a building site with Jack Hammers and Grinders constantly running. Some noise on an odd day would be acceptable due to the nature of the private rentals but not every day. Even thought of asking to see if we could move but due to friends visiting in the condo above decided to stay.

Although we were required to pay for cleaning, we didn’t feel the condo was sufficiently cleaned. Tile floors needed a good scrubbing. We found cereal on the floor. Mold was building up in the bathrooms.
Paint was peeling. Condo needed a good upgrading.

This is a very clean condo and well worth renting. Couple of things to note:
This condo does need updating. A television in the master bedroom is smaller than my computer screen, very old, outdated decor. But the view is marvelous. It is a walk to the actual beach but the pool is incredible. If you are here to relax and sit by the pool this is the place for you. The female employee at the pool is a little militant. She takes her job very serious and will tell you she does. Just follow the guidelines and you are fine. Overall this is an awesome vacation rental.

Our vacation were fantastic, the beach is so wonderfull. Th condo was perfect for us, very clean and beds are confotable. In fact, it’s perfect. Special thank to the owners.

This is a great property with wonderful views from both balconies. The wrap-around balcony faces the ocean (great for sunsets) and is well stocked with 4 chairs and 2 loungers. The beds and couches were comfortable and the condo is well stocked. Easy walking distance to a number of restaurants to eat in or take out (and enjoy the sunset while eating on the porch).

This year, the weather during February on Marco Island was wonderful - generally sunny with highs in the 80s every day and no rain. This condo is ocean front which allows full enjoyment of the good weather, the beach, and beautiful sunsets.

We had a very pleasant 12 night stay at South Seas on Marco Island. We have visited Marco before and were looking for a condo with views of the coast and we were not disappointed. The view was excellent! The condo, while probably getting to the point where it could do with some refurbishment, was well appointed and very clean so no major issues. The pool area was pleasant though we chose to use the substantial balcony most of the time (in November it was in shade until around 13:30 then in sunshine for the rest of the day). The condo is well positioned for accessing Marco and the coast, as well as getting to the Everglades. Biggest issue for us was the amount of building and refurbishment activity going on in the block which was creating a lot of noise and reducing washing services at times. This was probably a lot to do with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma so is assumed to not be an ongoing problem for later visitors. The agent did a generally professional job but it would have been better to have better instruction on accessing the property and what the (many) keys are for. Some forewarning of the potential noise and reduced service issues would have been appropriate.A paper copy of the condo information available online would also be useful in the condo itself. All in all we would be happy to use the condo again if we visited Marco.

The rental unit was well taken care off and had all the items we needed at the start. Everything was convenient. There were lots of nice casual and also not casual restaurants to choose from. I loved the morning walks on the beach.

The condo itself was okay at best. It does need some updating.We heard a lot of noise from the neighbors upstairs. The pool was the biggest disappointment. They hired someone to make sure everyone follows their ridiculous rules. No pool toys allowed (balls, dive toys etc) only noodles and flotation devices are allowed. Not allowed to splash or you would get talked to. Basically you could float on a noodle. Multiple families were getting talked to on a regular basis. I felt like we got ripped off because it was not enjoyable. We liked Marco but not the condo. Will not come back.

Marco Island is a great place to unwind for a while, especially before the rush of the holidays. The unit was spacious, clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially the November sunsets over Tigertail Beach and the gulf. We are already planning to visit again next year and this unit is on the top of the list!

We had a great stay in this property. The condo itself is spotless, well equipped comfortable and spacious - more than enough room for our party of four. The views from the balcony were super - it's high enough to get a great view of the beautiful sunsets and stunning beach but low down enough to be able to keep an eye on our kids in the pool. Marco Beach is fabulous, we spent many an hour walking and collecting shells, admiring the sea birds and wondering at the sea life (conchs, starfish, fish, crabs to name a few). The chap at the Tigertail Beach hire stall was great, really helpful and generous with his knowledge. The proximity to the Everglades means that a trip on an airboat is a morning out, we went with Wootens who were fab but there are plenty to choose from. I can't recommend this property enough - coming from the uk it was great to have all the information from the property company easily accessible in an app. Would love to come back...one day maybe!

Although we had lived in our own home on Marco all the years before we enjoyed the stay in South Seas Club very much - especially the terrific sunsets and the short way to the beach.

Good one with a few exceptions that the unit need to be upgraded. AC was just too noisy, a burner in the range did not work and there were no supplies of toiletries left in either of the bathrooms.

We were frustrated with the difficulty of getting into the property Saturday, both with obtaining the keys and with gaining access to the building. The couple we were with said it was like trying to figure out how to get into Ft. Knox. When we checked in at the condo on Monday, the staff was very pleasant. The condo didn't feel very clean. We enjoyed the balcony & gulf view.

Great relaxing vacation. Good location. Immaculate grounds. Nice pool area. Excellent view from unit.
