Our son and his wife along with the grandkids stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. Our other son who was in a wheelchair was in a downstairs bedroom. Access to the house via wheelchair was not too difficult with only two steps. Nice view and outdoor living area. (Including an TV in the Lanai to watch March Madness). Walked downtown every day, about 1/2 - 3/4 mile. Too far to walk to beach which was about 2.5 miles. Great property, great time. Great location, clean enough (few missed areas ie half easter egg under drawers) and I would recommend this property to a friend. Agent helpful when bbq needed fixing. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the location. The view was beautiful and the water access was perfect for our kayak adventures. We used the screened-in pool enclosure every day and night. It was a wonderful gathering spot for everyone. The house was definitely large enough for all the people we had. It could use a new interior paint job, but overall it was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our vacation enjoyable.
