great location, close to beaches
We had a wonderful time. The location was great, being just a couple blocks from the beach. Would like to do it again.
Love Marco!! If You've never experienced the sun setting ove the Gulf, it's breath taking. Each time we're there it harder to leave. The property was superb, clean, and spacious with an easy walk to the beach. Would go back in a second! Thanks

We were down in Marco Island for a wedding and decided to make a week of it. Unfortunately you can't control the weather and out of our 7 day stay the sun was only out the last two days. Any vacation is better than work BUT if it weren't for this house, our vacation would have been a sad one. The layout, the decor, the space, the living room that opens to the Lanai.. amazing. On all those rainy days my girlfriend and I were content just relaxing, reading and drinking coffee on the lanai, grilling and cooking in the wonderful kitchen. Had we stayed anywhere else the weather may have ruined the trip. This place was great, easily the nicest house that close to the Marriott beach.
The house was beautiful, clean and had a great location. The garage door remote didn't work but we were fine parking in the driveway. The supply of dishes/glasses in the kitchen was insufficient for 4 people (yet alone for 8 that the house could hole) and you would need to use the dishwasher constantly unless you washed by hand.
This was our 3rd year coming to Marco and our 2nd coming to this house. The house is very well kept, it is extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoy the spaciousness, the privacy and appreciate many of the other included amenities that would cost so much more in a hotel like indoor parking (important in the summer) and free internet access. The house is in an excellent location since it is one of the few houses that is truly within walking distance to the best beach in the Island; the Marriott Beach. Having no canal in the back is also an added plus for us since we have young children. Overall a great experience. P.S. If you stay in Marco during the summer, make it a point to buy some tree-ripened mangoes from the "Mango Lady" whose house is at the intersection of Kendall Dr. and Hernando Dr. It is one of the Island's best kept secrets!
Had a fantastic time with family at this property on Marco Island. The property is well equipped with many extras. It's a quick five minute walk to the beach or just lay out in the pool for the afternoon. Absolutely loved it and hope to return soon!
