  The only recommendation that I would have is a check list and walk through with property manager. Blind in bathroom was broke upon arrival and personal inspection of property. In the future, I would recommend a walk through check in/out process. Other than that; overall stay was great, online representation of property accurate, would be nice in the future to offer Residents beach pass to occupants.

  We arrived late afternoon Sunday and due to this we had issues getting into the property until Monday. Our rental was also delayed to late afternoon on Monday because the house was not yet cleaned. Once the owner and property manager were contacted they did act promptly to get the unit ready. The owner was top notch and very responsive. The home was wonderful the only additional note is the lack of blinds on the front door impacts the privacy available.
