  Property needs fumigating inside and outside the property. Also it would be nice to have a cleaning station and freezer for your catch. Overall ita was a nice property and the management company was hands on!

  We just came back from our vacation at Marco Island after having a great time at this beautiful home. The house was very, very clean and the management company was very responsive.   We had a great time in the villa for our vacation. The home itself is bright and spacious. The pool wasn't huge but it was just fantastic for everyone and the noodles (that were left there by the owners) were a huge hit with the kids.
  There is a barbecue in the lanai that we really enjoyed too.
  From the dock on the canal you can see a variety of birds, fish, and mollusks - and the setting is just wonderfully relaxing, and super quiet.
  The location was great to relax at home & jog around it. We took the car to explore around the area with our two toddlers (the beaches, Naples, the Everglades, the Corkscrew Audubon sanctuary, and Sanibel island). It just worked out very nicely!
  Altogether, we were very happy with our stay!

  Our stay in Marco Island was by far the best vacation our family ever had; if 1130 Lighthouse Court is still available when we come to Florida on our next vacation, we would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!!!!!!

  Beautiful property and a very comfortable home to live in. We had a problem with the A/C on our first day and the realtor had it fixed within hours. They were very responsive and made several follow-up calls to insure our satisfaction.

  We had some really noisy spring breakers across the way. The property manager said he would help out, but it ended up being a resident neighbor who actually called the police to get them to quiet down. Either way, it did get resolved, but the property manager probably should have been the one do intervene.
  
  Small concern, the rest of the week was fabulous!
